Shipping, Posting & Packaging 
 

The  postal charges are based on Royal Mail standard,  delivery charges.   

Our packaging charge is  £1.50 per package. We can fit up to 3 records per package.  

To ensure that records  reaches its destination  and in good condition, all records are sent by Recorded or Special Delivery  and with  reinforced packaging .

Arrival time: Approx  4 days   

United Kingdom
Arrival time: Approx 1-2 days   

Parcels  will be sent out the next working  day  on confirmation of payment.   

If you have  not received your records at  the expected time of delivery,  please let us know and we will  find out the reason for the delay  and give you an update.

Returns Policy

Customers are entitled to a full refund if they are not satisfied  with their purchase. We must be informed about a return within 3  days of the customer receiving   the record(s) and  receive the returned goods within 14 days of the initial purchase. Records being  returned  must be posted by Recorded or Special delivery, in the original  or other, suitable  packaging and arrive in the same condition that they were sent out.   

We will arrange for  customers to be refunded  within 3 days of the goods being returned.
